Sand Casting
Sand casting also in name of “Water glass Casting” is a process with Pattern and Manual Molding, which is generally flexible concerning size and change of geometry design. A wide range of metals and alloys, including iron, Mn Steek alloy steel, etc can be sand-casted. Casteel specializes in sand casting process in various shapes and sizes. To accommodate customers’ versatile demand today Casteel foundries have both automatic and manual molding for the process of green sand, sodium silicate-bonded sand, resin sand, shell core and shell mold, etc.

Lost Foam Casting
Investment casting, also known as ” lost wax casting", is a process of using wax mold coated by refractory layers to form a shell. When dried and hardened, the coated mold is heated to melt out the wax to obtain an empty shell (Dewax). Then, molten metal is poured into the baked shell. After it solidifies and cools, casting can be obtained by shaking out the shell. The benefit of investment castingis better surface finish and dimension accuracy than other types of castings.
