About the SBS Series Cone Crusher
Cone crushers run in the secondary, tertiary and pebble stages, where the feed is already reduced and the chamber is closed. The working wear parts are the bowl liner (concave) and the mantle, supported by the feed cone, torch ring, lock nut and the eccentric and socket components that set the throw.
Because the bowl and mantle wear as a pair, liners are normally changed as a set and quoted with the same profile. Getting the profile and the manganese grade right is what keeps the closed-side setting stable through the liner life.

Material is chosen from the feed size, the rock type and the amount of uncrushable material in the stream — tell us how the current liners fail (worn out, cracked, or deformed) and we will match the grade.
How to order
- Send the machine model and part number, or your own drawing, measured sample or photos with dimensions.
- We confirm the profile, material and weight, then quote — FOB Ningbo or Shanghai for sea freight, with an air option for urgent stops.
- Patterns: a large pattern library is already on hand; where there is no pattern we make one (3D-printed pattern with a machined mould).
- Pouring, heat treatment and machining are carried out in our own foundry, then the parts are inspected against the drawing before packing.
FAQ
Do bowl and mantle have to be replaced together?
They wear as a pair. If the closed-side setting can no longer be kept, or the profile is no longer parallel, both should be changed — otherwise the new liner wears unevenly from day one.
Can you match the OEM profile or my drawing?
Yes. We cast from your drawing or a measured sample, and the profile is made to your drawing so the chamber geometry stays the same as the original.
Do you supply bronze bushings as well?
Yes — eccentric bushings, socket liners, step washers and thrust components are cast in bronze in the same foundry, so the mechanical and the wear parts of one crusher can be ordered together.
