Mantle
The gyratory mantle which is the movable working surface, is pivoted atits top within a spider bearing under the cap of the spider arm assemblywhile the bottom is gyrated within an eccentric bushing which ispowered by the drive assembly. A mantle encompasses the middletapered portion and has a correspondingly tapered internal side. Theinternal side is in generally continuous supportive engagement with theshaft middle portion. The mantle additionally has an upper side.

Concave Segments
The outer liner of a typical gyratory crusher consists ofindividual pieces called Concave Segments, each one ofthese segments needs to be lifted separately duringinstallation and removal. And all theconcave segments would be removed piece by piece andnew concave installed.

Head Nut
The head nuts are used to retain the inner mantle ofgyratory cone crushers which wears during service andmust be replaced periodically. Generally when the crusheris working the head nut can tighten, making themextremely difficult to remove. The head nut assembly forgyratory crusher which includes a shaft having a lowerportion, a tapered middle portion and a threaded upperportion. With original drawing or parts number, the headnut can be produced accordingly.
Spider Cap
